Our STEPS Ahead training programme based in Woking is for unemployed teenagers and young adults, aged from 16 to 25, who have left school with limited formal achievements.

We help them to focus on their talents, raise their skill levels and help them find work or move on into training or college for further education. The young people work towards an accredited qualification while they are with STEPS Ahead.
