How we can help

Everyone struggles sometimes, and everyone can do with some help. Find out more about how our trained staff and volunteers can help you.

For the past 40 years, we have helped thousands of people across the county, many struggling with more than one complicated problem.  These can range from poor mental health, unemployment, or problems with school or getting qualifications. We also help lots of people struggling with family and relationships especially if there is a specific issue like a family member living with a learning disability.

Help with family support

We have lots of ways to support family wellbeing and help you and your family manage difficult circumstances.

Help with skills and learning

If you're struggling with low skills or school, one of our teams may be able to help you.

Help if you’re unemployed

If you are struggling to find employment, or are dealing with the results of long term unemployment, we may be able to help you through one of our employment support projects.

Help with mental health and wellbeing

Do you know a young person aged 10-30 struggling with poor mental health? Or are you, or your community group, feeling isolated? We might be able to help you.

Get involved with your community

Isolation is a big problem for lots of people which can result in other issues. Taking the step and getting involved in your local community can help you and others.

General advice and guidance

We offer a broad range of services and activities that support people's different needs.
