Marathon Run

Clocking up the miles on your treadmill, on the roads or through the countryside is a great way of keeping fit and improving your mental health. You could run a mile a day for twenty six days, or run more miles over fewer days – how you manage your marathon is up to you.

10k Run

Lace up the trainers, grab your water bottle and get set, go for Surrey Care Trust’s 10k challenge. This could be running 2k in five days or running it all in one go – the choice is yours.
