Friday March 12th: Lunch with the High Sheriff Lady Toulson and Anne Milton MP

The High Sheriff of Surrey Lady Elizabeth Toulson is hosting lunch in aid of the Surrey Care Trust at her home near Guildford. Anne Milton, MP for Guildford, will be the speaker.  A delicious buffet lunch will be served in Lady Toulson's cosy 17th century converted oak-framed barn.  Tickets are £35.

March 30th: Sponsored Firewalk 2010

Woking Football Club is the venue again this year as we welcome back this popular event.  It's the shortest sponsored walk ever but after you have walked across those hot coals barefoot, it will be an achievement to be proud of for the rest of your life. Take up this challenge and help to raise funds for our work, including our STEPS Learning Centres at Redhill, Staines and Woking. The education programmes at our centres are providing a second chance of achievement and a positive start to life for young people who have been struggling in mainstream school.

Friday April 23rd: A Great British Lunch at the Clink for St George's Day

Following our popular Christmas lunch at THE CLINK restaurant at Her Majesty's Prison, High Down at Sutton, we are returning for a St George's Day lunch with a Great British menu.

THE CLINK is a project inspired by Chef Alberto Crisci and launched by The McGrath Charitable Trust to give British prisoners the opportunity to build new lives through gaining catering qualifications, while working in a fully operational and commercial restaurant environment INSIDE a British prison.

Tickets for this event are £40

Our regular sporting fixture on the River Wey in the centre of Guildford. We invite local companies to make a generous donation to sponsor our 2ft high yellow plastic ducks.

Saturday September 25th : STEPS Across 2010... a Surrey three peaks challenge

Another challenging sponsored walk through the glorious Surrey countryside, raising money for our life-changing work with young people, including our STEPS Learning Centres at Redhill, Staines and Woking. STEPS Across Surrey is now in its 7th year. Details of the route for 2010 will be announced soon.

Thursday September 30th: Dinner at the House of Commons

This glamorous event in the Members' Dining Room with a drinks reception in the Strangers Room will be hosted by Jeremy Hunt, the MP for South West Surrey and Shadow Minister for Culture, Media and Sport. The evening includes a three-course meal with wine, in the most opulent of settings. A perfect backdrop for corporate entertaining or a special night out. Tickets are £125.
