We are part of the Surrey Compact
Our STEPS Ahead programme based in Redhill and Woking provides training for unemployed young adults, aged from 16 to 18, who have left school with limited formal achievements.
We help them to focus on their talents, raise their skill levels and help them find work or move on into training or college for further education. The young people work towards an accredited qualification while they are with STEPS Ahead.
STEPS Ahead runs in Redhill and Woking.
