This is your opportunity to take the leap of your life and help us raise funds. You can take part as an individual or you could get a team of 12 or more together and make it into a team-building day. Each individual needs to raise £300 to take part.

You can also get involved in challenges abroad. In partnership with DoitforCharity we can offer treks to the Sahara, Cycle Rides from London to Paris and even a trek to Kilimanjaro for the brave!
