For the last 5 years Kari has been working for the NHS as a Speech and Language Therapist, and more recently has been supporting the Stanwell Sure Start Children’s Centre.
Additionally, Kari has worked as a Portage Home Visitor (an organisation that works with families where there is a pre-school child with special needs).
Prior to this, Kari spent 15 years as Director of Personnel and Administration of Granherne Ltd, an engineering consultancy in the oil and gas industry.
Kari became a Member of the Surrey Care Trust in 1999 and has previously been involved with the fundraising and finance committees.
Kari is an extremely strong supporter of the work of the Trust and its objectives.
