Brighton Marathon, Sunday April 15th 2012
Join the Surrey Care Trust team!
The Brighton Marathon is open to 15,000 runners and is a great alternative to the London Marathon.
The mainly flat and fast course goes through the historic city and along the coast. The race starts at 9am in Preston Park. The minimum age for marathon participants is 18 on race day.
Surrey Care Trust has 10 places for the marathon and would love you to be part of the team. All you need to do is be able to raise a minimum of £500. We ask for a £50 deposit up front to secure your place (this is a non-refundable deposit but can be deducted from your final sponsorship amount).

If you have children who might be coming to watch on the day why not get them involved in the mini mile which is an event for young people aged 7-17 year and starts at 8.30am before the main marathon.
There is a join up fee of £7.50 and every entrant gets a t.shirt and goodie bag afterwards. You could collaborate to make your own little Surrey Care Trust fundraising team!
