The Surrey Care Trust Celebrating our 30th birthday in 2012

Here at the Surrey Care Trust we really want to know what you think of how we work and your experiences of our services... FACE, the STEPS programmes, the Swingbridge-based training and activities, the Stanwell Sure Start Children’s Centre and Crisis Grants.

We welcome all comments, compliments and complaints and we want to correct any mistakes we make as quickly as possible. We aim to provide good quality services and we need your help to tell us how we are doing.

If you would like to make a comment or complaint, do not feel afraid or reluctant to do so.

For compliments and comments, you can talk to the member of staff that you have most contact with or simply write a letter (send to our office at 1 Old Elstead Road, Milford, Godalming GU8 5EE). The same applies if you want to comment on how we could improve things.
