The Surrey Care Trust is an independent charity, with a long track record of service
to the local community.
The Trust was founded in 1982 with a Crisis Grants hardship fund, to help people
in need in all parts of Surrey. We continue to run this fund today, alongside our
training and education programmes which enable young people and adults to improve
their life chances.
The Surrey Care Trust is supported by individuals, the business community, statutory
agencies, grant making trusts and voluntary organisations. Our reputation as a third
sector service provider enables us to secure major contracts to carry out work in
keeping with our ethos.
Our charitable income gives us independence to shape our services in response to
need.
ISO 9001
The Surrey Care Trust is one of a handful of charities in Surrey and among of only
3% of organisations and businesses in the UK who have been awarded ISO 9001 certification,
a benchmark of quality that is recognised around the world.
It is official recognition of our commitment to
providing a quality service for our beneficaries and we believe it speaks volumes
about our ethos and the way we work. More information
